If you use communications, calling, messaging, or document features, you are responsible for complying with applicable law and any required notice, consent, telemarketing, messaging, do-not-call, or recording obligations.

Communications and Call Recording

You authorize Builder's Edge to contact you by phone, email, SMS, calendar invite, video meeting, or other communication channels for business, scheduling, support, follow-up, application, investor, contractor, project, and service-related purposes.

Builder's Edge may maintain contact profiles and communication timelines that include calls, call recordings, texts, emails, notes, meetings, files, status updates, and related activity. Authorized Builder's Edge personnel may access and review those records for business purposes.

Calls placed to or from Builder's Edge phone systems, browser calling tools, representatives, or connected telephony providers may be recorded where recording is enabled. By participating in calls with Builder's Edge, you acknowledge that such calls may be recorded, stored, reviewed, and used for quality assurance, training, follow-up, customer support, compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.

Description of SMS Use Cases

Builder's Edge Holdings LLC may send SMS messages to users who have opted in, booked a call, submitted a form, or otherwise requested communication. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Application, lead, or project status updates
• Scheduling follow-ups and callback reminders
• Other communications related to your partnership application with Builder's Edge

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Builder's Edge.

Emails, calendar invites, meeting links, CRM activity, call logs, recordings, texts, notes, and related communications may be processed through third-party providers such as Twilio, AgentMail, Resend, Google, Gmail, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, Supabase, and other infrastructure or communications providers. Your use of communications features may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

AI-Assisted Features

Builder's Edge may use AI-assisted tools to classify documents, summarize communications, analyze activity, draft internal notes, suggest follow-ups, support reporting, or improve workflows. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review. You should not rely on AI output as legal, financial, tax, engineering, construction, or investment advice.

Documents, Signatures, and Submitted Materials

If you upload documents, submit forms, sign documents, provide photos, or share other materials through Builder's Edge, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials and authorize Builder's Edge to store, process, review, transmit, and use them for the relevant business purpose.

No Investment, Legal, Tax, or Construction Advice

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, information provided through Builder's Edge is for business and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, construction, engineering, or financial advice. You should consult qualified advisors before making decisions.

Age Restriction (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from Builder's Edge Holdings LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
